E-Sign Disclosure Agreement
This E-Sign Disclosure Agreement ("Disclosure") is an integral part of the LiteWorks LLC, doing business as Mindora ("Mindora") Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governing your use of the Mindora Services and applies to all notices, signatures, disclosures, statements, and other communications ("Communications") provided by Mindora to you regarding the Services.
Any terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. Mindora and you shall each be individually referred to as a "party" and collectively as the "parties."
By using the Services, you agree to this Disclosure and confirm your consent to:
(a) Receive Communications electronically; and
(b) Use electronic signatures.
Your consent to receive electronic Communications includes, but is not limited to:
All legal and regulatory Communications associated with your Mindora account and the Services
Agreements and notices required to use the Services, including the Agreement
Payment authorizations, transaction receipts, confirmations, billing statements, and account history reports
Letters, notices, and alerts regarding the Services and any changes
Federal and state tax statements and documents
Other Communications in connection with your account, subscription, transactions, or collection of funds
The Visitor, Merchant, and End User shall all be referred to herein as "you," unless otherwise specified.
1. Requesting Paper Copies
We will not send paper copies of Communications unless you request them or we otherwise deem it appropriate.
You may obtain a paper copy of your electronic Communications by:
Printing them yourself; or
Requesting that we mail you a copy.

Please clearly state which Communication you are requesting. We may charge a reasonable service fee for paper copies. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide paper copies of any Communication.
2. Method of Providing Electronic Communications
All electronic Communications may be provided to you by:
(a) Email
(b) Posting on our website
(c) Notification through your Mindora account
(d) Downloadable PDF
(e) SMS/text message to the number you provided (if applicable)
(f) Any other legally permissible electronic format
Standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS or similar electronic communications.
3. How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing:
Withdrawal will become effective after a reasonable processing period.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity or enforceability of Communications previously delivered electronically.
IMPORTANT: If you withdraw consent, you may no longer be able to use the Services.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
A device with sufficient storage capacity
An active email account
Internet access
A supported web browser capable of viewing HTML content
Software capable of viewing PDF files (such as a PDF reader)
5. Updating Contact Information
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information, including your email address and mobile number.
You may update your contact information by:
Emailing support@mindora.com, or
Updating your account settings (if available)
We are not responsible for non-receipt of Communications due to outdated or incorrect contact information.
6. Records Retention
All Communications provided electronically or in paper form will be considered "in writing."
You should print or download copies of this Disclosure and any other important Communications for your records.
7. U.S. Federal Law
You acknowledge and agree that the Services are subject to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act"), and you intend that the E-SIGN Act will apply to validate your ability to engage electronically in transactions related to the Services.
8. Termination or Changes
We reserve the right to discontinue electronic Communications or modify the terms under which they are provided. If required by law, we will provide notice of such changes.
9. Consent
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU PROVIDE YOUR AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS DISCLOSURE.
YOU FURTHER CONFIRM THAT:
Your device satisfies the hardware and software requirements described above; and
You have provided us with a current and valid email address for electronic Communications.
